01

Operational use cases

  • Watercut monitoring at oil and gas production facilities.
  • Separation process control.
  • Monitoring oil flow in pipelines.

02

Measurement principle

The sensor is installed on the pipeline and reads the water content of the oil stream continuously. The transmitter passes the values to the control system.

Working principle: Inline process analysis
  1. Process lineProcess gas or liquid
  2. Measuring cell or probeInline or via a sampling point
  3. AnalyzerSignal converted into values
  4. Control systemValues used for process control and safety
