Operational use cases

  • Replacing or upgrading the sample line of a running CEMS.
  • Unstable readings caused by condensation, leaks, or clogged filters.
  • Integrating a new analyzer with existing sampling points.

02

Measurement principle

An analyzer is only as accurate as the sample it receives. A gas sampling system takes the sample at the measurement point, retains particles, keeps the sample free of condensation along the line, and prepares it for the analyzer.

Many CEMS data problems start in the sample line, not in the analyzer. That is why we treat the sample line as equally important.

Working principle: Gas sampling system flow
  1. Sampling pointStack or process line
  2. Probe & filterParticles retained from the start
  3. Sampling lineFree of condensation and leaks
  4. Sample pumpStable sample flow
  5. ConditioningSample prepared for the analyzer
  6. AnalyzerReceives a representative sample
