01

Operational use cases

  • Monitoring the main gaseous parameters on power plant, cement, and process industry stacks.
  • Units that prefer a widely used configuration that site teams can maintain easily.
  • Continuous measurement for emission reporting.

02

Measurement principle

The sample travels through a heated sample line to the conditioning unit. There it is cooled so the moisture condenses and is drained. The dry gas is then analyzed, and the results are recorded for reporting.

Because water is removed before analysis, the health of the conditioning unit determines data quality. It is one of the parts we check routinely.

Working principle: Extractive cold-dry
  1. Measurement pointSample taken at a representative point
  2. Probe & filterDust retained at the measurement point
  3. Heated sample lineNo condensation along the line
  4. Sample conditioningMoisture condensed and removed
  5. Cold-dry analyzerGas analyzed dry
  6. Data loggerData recorded and traceable
