01

When this service is needed

  • The previous vendor no longer responds when the system has problems.
  • Data often drops out or readings often drift.
  • The site team lacks the time or specialist skills to maintain the CEMS.
  • Units that need a predictable maintenance budget.

02

Service scope

  • Scheduled preventive visits: probe, filters, sample line, conditioning, analyzer, and data communication.
  • Replacement of consumables and wear parts on schedule.
  • Checks of analyzer response and data completeness.
  • Troubleshooting when faults occur.
  • Maintenance records that can be inspected during audits.

Scope, visit frequency, and response times are set out in the contract according to the unit’s needs.

How we work

A contract starts with an assessment of the system’s initial condition. From there we build the schedule and consumables list, then carry it out together with the site team.

The goal is simple: when operations, auditors, or management ask for answers, the system history is already recorded and ready to be checked.

Working principle: Maintenance cycle
  1. ScheduleAgreed with the site team
  2. InspectionProbe, sample line, conditioning, analyzer
  3. Consumable replacementFilters, pumps, and wear parts
  4. Performance checkAnalyzer response and data completeness
  5. Maintenance recordsA traceable system history
