Permen LHK No. 13 of 2021 sets out the integration of emission monitoring into SISPEK through registration, administrative data entry, technical data entry, verification, and a connectivity test (Article 2). The integration approval is valid for three years and can be extended; re-integration is required when it expires or the CEMS is replaced (Article 7).
Data sent from the DIS to SISPEK must meet set requirements, including being sent in real time once every hour and having valid status after quality control and quality assurance (Article 9). Calibration, audits, abnormal conditions, failures, and data that is not sent are reported through SIMPEL within the defined deadlines (Article 10).
03
We see data as part of the system, not a separate matter. Data problems often start in the field: the sample line, calibration, or communication. That is why the team that maintains the system also understands its data.
